1. Who we are

Rivenes Marketing LLC (“Rivenes”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, and operates the website at rivenes.co. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@rivenes.co.

2. What we collect

We collect information you actively give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to serve and secure the site.

• Contact form. Name, email address, company or creator name, inquiry type and the content of your message.
• Job application form. Name, email address, role applied for, country and time zone, availability, experience level, any link you provide, and the content of your application.
• Technical data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) processes IP address, user agent and request metadata in order to deliver the site, mitigate abuse and produce aggregate traffic counts. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics profiling.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to carry out pre-contract discussions. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
• To assess your job application, communicate with you about it and administer our recruitment process. Legal basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To keep the site available and secure and to prevent spam and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations where they apply.

4. How long we keep it

Contact inquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last correspondence. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months from submission so that we can contact you about future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records we are legally required to retain are kept for the applicable statutory period.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, namely our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and our email provider. Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim, we may disclose information to competent authorities or professional advisers.

6. International transfers

We operate remotely and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rivenes.co. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Access is granted per role, on a need-to-know basis, and revoked when a team member comes off the relevant project. Everyone with access is bound by a signed confidentiality agreement.

9. Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you directly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
